The Workforce Analysis and Comparison Application (WACA) is a national public
sector workforce information database which is hosted by the Queensland Government.
Agencies extract Minimum Obligatory Human Resource Information (MOHRI) or
Equality of Employment Opportunity (EEO) data from their Human Resource Information
Systems according to the current file specification. The process of validating
data occurs through the WACA.
To access the WACA you must be responsible for submitting your agency’s MOHRI or EEO data.
Access to the WACA is password protected.
