Minimum Obligatory Human Resource Information (MOHRI) file specifications

MOHRI (Minimum Obligatory Human Resource Information) sets out the file specification for the collection of workforce data about every Queensland Government employee.

This specification is provided in the following table and a printable version is also available.

5 10 Employee Number Must be unique within each agency.
6 8 Date of Birth Standard MOHRI date format. Cannot be greater than snapshot date minus 14 years.

8 1 ATSI Code Must be a valid code or blank.

22 1 Employment Category Must be a vaild code. Cannot be blank.

23 3 Full Time Equivalent (FTE) ratio x 100 >= 0 and <=100. FTE's greater than 100 should be reduced to 100.
24 1 Employment Status Must be valid code. Cannot be blank.

25 8 Separation Date Standard MOHRI date format of most recent separation in current quarter or blank.
