Equal employment opportunity file specifications

Section 31 of the Act requires each relevant EEO agency, for each financial year, to give the Commission Chief Executive a report about the outcome of its actions required under section 30 of the Act during the financial year.

The report as mentioned in Section 31 of the Act is to be interpreted as being the provision of EEO data as specified in the below table.
