Discipline

To assist agencies manage potential disciplinary matters, including suspension, the Public Service Commission has developed Discipline Guidelines.

These guidelines are intended to:

promote fair and consistent processes in the management of potential disciplinary matters; and
encourage, where appropriate, management action to be taken to improve unsatisfactory performance or unacceptable conduct prior to initiating the disciplinary process.
