Delegations for Decision Makers

The Commission Chief Executive may delegate many of his functions and decision making powers to appropriately qualified persons including staff of the Public Service Commission (PSC).

Chief and Senior Executive Service Decisions

Decisions on executive employment conditions including executive capability development and management matters made in consultation with chief executives and agencies as appropriate.

Public Service Appeal Decisions

The PSC hears and decides a range of public service appeals. It reviews agency decisions to determine whether they were fair and reasonable.
