Reviews

The Public Service Act 2008 provides for the Public Service Commission (PSC) to conduct reviews and advise the Minister about the need for reviews about particular matters.

Under section 37 of the Public Service Act 2008, the Minister may refer matters relating to the effectiveness or efficiency of a public service office for the PSC to review. The review report must be tabled in the Legislative Assembly.

The Performance Leadership Group, which is the governance body for the whole-of-government Performance Management Framework may also initiate reviews.
