Performance management guides

The PSC has developed a suite of capability resources to help strengthen organisational performance management in the Queensland Public Service. There are three guides, each designed for a particular audience with a key role to play in managing organisational performance:

The guides take a fresh approach and focus on key leadership, management and communication challenges facing each of these audiences, in managing agency performance.

The intent of the three ‘plain language’, principles-based guides is to inspire people to 'get involved' at their level and encourage others to recognise that great organisational performance is about information and conversation, cooperation and commitment.

The guides complement other organisational performance management publications in the Queensland Public Service.  These resources can be accessed via our Organisational Performance Management Roadmap below.

The centre oval is labelled “AGENCIES”, with subtext that reads “Agency specific corporate governance charters and guidelines”, it does not hyperlink. The other ovals contain text that have hotspot links to other websites/pages. Each hotspot link has appropriate alternate text for each link.
