The Public Sector Management (PSM) Program is a leadership and management education program for Australia’s public sector senior and middle managers and emerging leaders. It has been developed in a public sector context and provides a unique opportunity to develop skills relevant to your public sector role.

The PSM Program is usually delivered over an 18 month period but can be fast tracked in one year.
You are not required to have an undergraduate degree to enrol in the program.

The full program fee is $7,500 which includes program materials, delivery, tutorial support, assessment, graduation and day catering. Sponsoring agencies meet full program costs for their nominated participant.
The program is nationally accredited at the Graduate Certificate level. Participants who successfully complete the program will receive a Graduate Certificate in Public Sector Management from Flinders University (South Australia).
