The panels are providers, constituted by service or program type, that have been assessed as meeting a set of criteria for the delivery of specified services and programs.
While providers have been assessed as meeting basic provider criteria in a service or program area they have not been offered a standing offer arrangement. Agencies are required to use their own procurement policies and processes when engaging the services of registered providers.

Panels are reviewed and renewed every two years. The current panels are effective until 30 August 2009.
