As identified in the Public Service Commission (PSC) publication Strategic Directions, we aim to support a high performing public service that is responsive, innovative and efficient.
The PSC will contribute to this goal by facilitating development opportunities and building leaders to empower people and achieve results.
The PSC has commenced work to invigorate the suite of programs, tools and resources which support people development in the following areas:
