To build public policy capability and attract graduates to the Queensland public sector, the Public Service Commission coordinates a 12 month whole-of-government graduate program.
By sponsoring a graduate, agencies have the opportunity to contribute to the development of high-performing public servants capable of responding to complex and changing policy environments.
