Employment terms and conditions
Certified Agreements contain terms and conditions of employment negotiated between an employer and employees or their union.
The Minister Assisting the Premier issued a Directive providing a 2.2% salary increase to certain employees covered by agreements, including those employees covered by the State Government Departments Certified Agreement 2009.
Awards are documents made by the Queensland Industrial Relations Commission (QIRC) that contain minimum terms and conditions of employment.

The Minister Assisting the Premier issued a Directive providing that, for public service employees, where wages in an award following a State Wage Case decision exceed wages in a certified agreement, the greater wage rate in the award will apply.
Queensland Employment Standards
The Queensland Employment Standards are a set of nine minimum employment conditions legislatively guaranteed for employees in the state industrial relations system.
